Before you cancel your service, have you reached out to our sales or support team to find out if we can resolve your concerns are address problems that you may be having with your account? We encourage you to contact us prior to initiating the cancelation request.
While we strive to provide the best service, we understand that our services may not meet your needs. As a result, we have the following refund policies. Please be aware that unless noted otherwise on your invoice or below, all sales are final.
- Monthly hosting packages: Can be canceled at anytime when the hosting package is billed monthly. Note that partial months will not be credited. Upon cancelation, all data stored on your account will be erased and overwritten for security and privacy purposes. Please be sure that you have a functional and complete off-site backup prior to initiating the cancelation request.
- Annual hosting packages: 60 Days for hosting packages when billed annually. Partial months will not be credited. Credit will be rounded to the next full month of hosting and will be provided through the end of the billing period. Upon cancelation, all data stored on your account will be erased and overwritten for security and privacy purposes. Please be sure that you have a functional and complete off-site backup prior to initiating the cancelation request.
- Domains and SSL Certificates: Due to the nature of these purchases and registration required on behalf of our clients, all domain and SSL sales are final. Note that these purchases are offered annually and you can choose not to renew for the upcoming year at anytime. Domains purchased for an extended period can always be transferred to other Registrars, but note that no credit for early transfers will be provided.
- Web Development: Unless noted otherwise on the quote, all web development service sales are final.
