Problem: When i try to conect via my FTP client (Filezilla or Transmit), i'm unable to connect. What is the problem?
Solution: Please refer to the welcome email that guides you through how to setup the FTP connection. For security reasons, we do not allow unsecure FTP connections to our system. FTP (on its own) is an incredibly insecure connection method. As a result, we require connections be made using FTP with TLS/SSL enabled. Once this setting is changed, you will be asked to accept the security certificate. Once you accept, your 128-bit encrypted connection will be established. You will not have to accept this certificate for future connections.
